Getting Ready for GAAD (Activity)

From 9.00am on 22 April until Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) on 20 May, University of Brighton’s Digital Learning Team are celebrating and making change in advance of GAAD. This will include weekly blog posts featuring accessibility tips on the Digital Learning Team Blog (https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/elearningteam/category/global-accessibility-awareness-day/). We will also share tips, tutorials, videos, and accessibility pledges using the hashtag #GAADDeeds on Twitter.

Immersive Accessibility (Activity)

20 May 2021 – 21 May 2021 | 8:00 AM-11:59 PM Europe/Madrid (Barcelona, Spain)

Immersive Accessibility GAAD at UAB will display a 360 video where some accessibility service solutions have been edited such as captions/subtitles and audio description. This is part of the research activities within EU funded projects SOCLOSE, TRACTION and MediaVerse.
